Functional Foods – Treat Yourself

Functional Christmas Bliss Balls:

  • 1 Cup of Cashews
  • 2 cup of Almonds
  • 2 cups of apricots or 1 cup of cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of coconut
  • 3 tbsp of water (enough to bind)

… Whiz together in thermomix (or food processor)

… Roll

… Dip in melted chocolate (dark of course) and

… Sprinkle with coconut
