The nervous system is the first system to fully develop in utero. As early as three to four weeks the brain, spinal cord and nerves are visible. Who is the Real Healer in All of This?

Who is the Real Healer in all of this? I recently stepped out of Functional Health (for the first time) and enjoyed a 4-week business/holiday with James visiting Australia, Italy and France. Not only was this break an opportunity for learning but also for us to relax and restore. But it also allowed me to trust in the process of “letting go” and come to the all important realisation that Functional Health (and the world for that matter) will (low and behold) continue on smoothly without me!!!
